Once you decide to utilize CorporationGraphic for your logo, you do not pay until you are satisfied with your logo. This is important we are trying to create happy customers who come back. Also, a Project Manager is assigned to your account to assist you through the process. The first conversation with your project manager will be by phone, and then subsequent conversations will be through the back and forth process of email. In this way, we are not interupting your business day with little questions which can be resolved just as quickly through an email. The Project Manager will ask you a number of questions on the first interview, similar to below:

  1. Business Name?
  2. Business Location?
  3. Business Website?
  4. Years in Business?
  5. Describe your products and services?
  6. Who are your Competitors?
  7. Who are your Customers (Teenagers, 30 somethings, other businesses)?
  8. How are you different from your competitors?
  9. Colors you would like in your logos (do you have specific Pantones you use?)
  10. What would you like your logo to convey?
  11. Have you seen logo's you like?
  12. Have you seen logo's you dislike?
  13. Will you be using the logo on Websites, Letterhead, Print ads, Brochures? (There are different file formats based on the type of media you intend to use the logo)?
  14. Do you have a font you would like to use?
  15. Are there any images ideas you would like incorporated in your logo?

Once the initial interview is complete then 5 of our designers go to work and will present you with 5 designs by the next business day.  Then you review the designs and decide which one's you would like to tweak.  There are as many revisions as you like.  Do not feel pressured to accept a logo which is not what you want.  The back and forth process works and doesn't actually take that long to find the perfect logo that fits your business.

Once a logo is agreed upon, we will provide the logo to you royalty free in all image formats.  This allows you to use the format which fits the media you will be displaying the logo on.
